Wash your feet daily in lukewarm soapy water. Remember not to soak them for too long as it can make your skin too dry!

Scrub your toenails everyday with a nail brush. Clean nails always look good!

Always dry your feet after bathing especially between your toes! Damp feet are prone to infections.

Avoid walking barefooted, even when you're indoors! Our feet need protection. Wear a pair of indoor slippers instead.
-To prevent the skin on your feet from becoming too dry, apply
moisturising cream. Avoid area between your toes.
-If you have hard skin on your fett, remove them gently with a
pumice stone to keep your skin soft and supple.
-If you visit the beach, don't forget to put
sun block on your feet as well!
-Make sure you're wearing
clean socks everyday! Avoid those that are too short or too thight.
-When
trimming your toenails, cut them straight across and not too short. Be careful not to cut down the corners as this can lead to ingrown toenails.
And now? Mix 1 part
lemon juice with 1 part water. Dip a paper towel and wipe your feet with the solution. This keeps your feet soft and smooth while chasing those unwanted odours away!
