Love your body, love your feet!

Show off your pretty pedicure this month as Winx gives you 10 golden tips on keeping your feet in great shape!

-Wash your feet daily in lukewarm soapy water. Remember not to soak them for too long as it can make your skin too dry!

-Scrub your toenails everyday with a nail brush. Clean nails always look good!

-Always dry your feet after bathing especially between your toes! Damp feet are prone to infections.

-Avoid walking barefooted, even when you're indoors! Our feet need protection. Wear a pair of indoor slippers instead.

-To prevent the skin on your feet from becoming too dry, apply moisturising cream. Avoid area between your toes.

-If you have hard skin on your fett, remove them gently with a pumice stone to keep your skin soft and supple.

-If you visit the beach, don't forget to put sun block on your feet as well!

-Make sure you're wearing clean socks everyday! Avoid those that are too short or too thight.

-When trimming your toenails, cut them straight across and not too short. Be careful not to cut down the corners as this can lead to ingrown toenails.

And now? Mix 1 part lemon juice with 1 part water. Dip a paper towel and wipe your feet with the solution. This keeps your feet soft and smooth while chasing those unwanted odours away!
